That Report PD-7-85 be received; and 2. With Section 3.9 "Holding Zone", the removal of said (H) Holding symbol shall be upon Council 's being satisfied that the uses to be permitted will be adequately serviced, the lands to be used have adequate access, prior uses of the land will not prevent the use of the land for the purposes intended by the By-law, that the lands aand proposed uses will be adequate-ly protected from any physical or man-made hazard or conditions associated with the lands, and that agreements in respect of such matters and the associated financial requirements where required, have been executed with the Town of Newcastle and/or the Regional Municipality of Durham. The application has been circulated to various agencies and * Town departments for their comments, and attached is a copy of the circulation letter and key plan for°Council 's information.
