That Report PD-24-85 and the minutes of the Committee of Adjustment meeting of January 9, 1985 be received for information. Darlington_ _ Application was made for relief from zoning by-law requirements in order to permit the applicant to use a residential building lot with a frontage of 13.98 m, instead of the required 15 m frontage. Mr. Grander appeared in support of this application. No other person appeared in support of or in opposition to this application. Moved by Mr. Murdoch, seconded by Mr. Reicheld, "THAT as the proposed variance does not appear to offend the intent of the Official Plan and as the residential building lot with a frontage of 13.98 m would not be detrimental to the surrounding area, the variance could be considered minor and there- fore is GRANTED on condition that all other re- quirements of the by-law are met. " "CARRIED" Committee of Adjustment Meeting, January 9, 1984. . . . . . . OTHER BUISNESS: Moved by Mr. Murdoch, seconded by Mrs. Payne, "THAT the minutes of the last meeting be approved as circulated.
