That Report PD-45-85 be received; and 2. That an application submitted by Mr. Greg Gray to rezone a parcel of land in Part of Lot 6, Concession. 2, former Township of Clarke to permit the parking of two commercial motor vehicles be referred to Staff for processing and a subsequent report and public hearing. i i . . . 2 � j �4n I REPORT NO. : PD-44-85 Page 2 ,-- BACKGROUND: On February 26, 1985, the Planning Department received an application submitted by Mr. Greg Gray to rezone a parcel of land located in Part of Lot 6, Concession 2, former Township of * Clarke (see attached). The submission of the rezoning application is to permit the applicant to continue to park two commercial motor vehicles in the garage on his property. The application has been circulated to various agencies and Town * departments for their comments, and attached is a copy of the circulation letter and key plan for Council 's information. It is recommended that the application be received for information and referred back to Staff for a subsequent report. At such time as the necessary circulation has been completed, Staff shall schedule this application for a public meeting of the General Purpose and Administration Committee pursuant to the requirements of the Planning Act.
