Mr. Bob Stevens appeared in support of this application. No other person appeared in support of or in opposition to this application. Moved by A. Reicheld, seconded by T. Rehder, "THAT as the proposed variance would appear to be in keeping with the intent of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law # 84-63 and as the present shortage in the frontage of the lot was due to a recent partial closing of the road allowance, permission is GRANTED to create a lot with a frontage of 16.75 m. This approval is conditional upon final approval of Zoning By-law No. 84-63. " "CARRIED" Committee of Adjustment, March 27, 1985. . . . A 5/85 _ L.
