That Report PD-69-85 be received; and 2. That an application submitted by My-. Jean-Marc Beaulieu to rezone a parcel of land in Part of Lot 15, Concession 3, former- Township of Dar-1 i ngton to per-mi t the development of Node/Cluster-, be r-ecei ved and r-efer-r-ed to Staff for- pr-ocessi ng and a subsequent r-epor-t and public heard ng. . . .2 REPORT NO. : PD-69-85 Page 2 BACKGROUND: On April 16, 1985, the Planning Department received an application submitted by W. Jean-Marc Beaulieu to rezone a parcel of land located in Part of Lot 15, Concession 3, former- Township of * Darlington (see attached) . The submission of the rezoning application is to permit the development of a node/cluster. The application has been circulated to various agencies and Town * departments for- their- comments, and attached is a copy of the ci r-cul ati on letter- and key plan for- Council 's i nfor-mati on. It is recommended that the application be received for information and r•efer-r-ed back to Staff for- a subsequent r•epor•t. At such time as the necessary circulation has been completed, Staff shall schedule this application for- a public meeting of the General Purpose and Administration Committee pursuant to the requirements of the Planning Act.
