STEVENS PART LOT 14, CONCESSION 1, BOWMANVILLE OUR FILE: DEV 85-10 RECOMMENDATION: It is respectfully recommended that the General Purpose and Administration Committee recommend to Council the following: 1 . That Report PD-70-85 be received; and 2. That an application submitted by Mr-. Robert L. Stevens to rezone a parcel of land in Part of Lot 14, Concession 1, former- Town of Bowmanville to permit the development of a Car- Wash establishment, be received and r•efer•r-ed to Staff for- pr-ocessi ng and a subsequent r-epor-t and public hear-i ng. . . .2 REPORT NO. : PD-70-85 Page 2 l BACKGROUND: On April 18, 1985, the Planning Department received an application submitted by Mr-. Robert L. Stevens (agent) to rezone a parcel of land located in Part of Lot 14, Concession 1, former- Town of * Bowmanville (see attached). The submission of the rezoning application is to permit the development of a Car, Wash establish- ment. The application has been circulated to various agencies and Town * departments for- their- comments, and attached is a copy of the circulation letter and key plan for- Council 's information. It is recommended that the application be received for- information and r-efer-r•ed back to Staff for a subsequent r-epor-t. At such time as the necessary circulation has been completed, Staff shall schedule this application for- a public meeting of the General Purpose and Admi ni strati on Committee pursuant to the r-equi r-ements of the Planning Act.
