COUNCIL fUNUTES
A special meeting of Council was held on motion of Dep-
Reeve Stevens and Con. Hooper:
That a special meeting of Council be held to con-
sider the Road Expenditure By-laws for 1963.
Carried.
A special meeting of Council was held on Honday l~arch
25, 1963 in the Committee Room of Library Building with
His 'ivorship Mayor I. M. Hobbs in the Chair. All membl.
present except Reeve S. Little and Cons. Nichols and
Shackelton.
BY-LAWS:

1. Moved by Con. Oke and Con. Hooper:
That leave be granted to bring in to introduce the
following by-law.
A by-law for 1963 Road Estimates.
Carried.
Moved by Con. Hooper and Fice:
That the by-law be read a first time referred to
~ouncil in Co~~ittee of the wnole and read a second ti"8
Mayor in the Chair..
Carried.
Moved by Dep-Reeve Stevens and Con.. Oke:
That we rise and report successful second read~T
of the by-law in Committee of the whole.

That the report of Council in Committee of the Whole
on the by-law be received and adopted. The same be now
