SKERRATT PART LOT 14, CONC. 8, DARLINGTON j RECOMMENDATION: It is respectfully recommended that the General Purpose and Administration Committee recommend to Council the following : 1 . That Report PD-132-84 be received; and 2. That the application submitted by Mr. C. Skerratt to rezone a .99 ha parcel of land in I Part of Lot 14, Concession 8, former Twp. of Darlington, from "Agricultural " to "RH-Residential Hamlet" to permit the i development of three (3) residential lots, be received and referred to staff for processing and a subsequent report and public hearing. I I .. .2 C" f, I (A> REPORT NO. : PD-132-84 Page 2 BACKGROUND: On June 13, 1984, the Planning Department received an application submitted by Mr. C. Skerratt to rezone a parcel of land located in Part of Lot 14, Concession 8, former Township of Darlington (see attached map). The purpose of * the rezoning would be to permit the development of three (3) residential lots within the limit of the Hamlet of Haydon. The application has been circulated to various agencies and Town departments for their comments, and attached is a copy * of the circulation letter and key plan for Council 's information. It is recommended that the application be received for information and referred back to staff for a subsequent report. At such time as the necessary circulation has been completed, staff shall schedule this application for a public meeting of the General Purpose and Administration Committee pursuant to the requirements of the Planning Act.
