At the meeting held on September 12, 1983, Council adopted the recommendations in Report PD-118-83 and directed that a copy be forwarded to the Ministry of Housing for their information, records and action thereon. Subsequently thereto, discussions between the Central Lake Ontario Conservation Authority, the Ministry of Housing and Town Staff, and consideration of a more detailed Storm Water Management Plan as submitted by the developer's Consultant , Staff are now satisfied that Conditions 20(a) (4)ii and 20(b) (2)iv will not present problems for the Town and therefore, would not need to be deleted from the conditions of approval . Accordingly, Staff would request Committee and Council 's confirmation of the Staff recommendations. Respectf rM.C.I.P.ted, I' T. .
