RECOMMENDATION:
It is respectfully recommended that Council approve the
recommendations contained in Staff Report PD-152-84.
BACKGROUND:
At the General Purpose and Administration Committee meeting
of September 4, 1984, Staff Report PO-152-84 was referred
back to Staff.
Staff have given further consideration to the objections
submitted and have no further comments to make.
Staff note that all objectors were advised by telephone or
letter of the time and location of today's meeting and the
fact that they can appear as a delegation in respect of this
matter.
