OF CLARKE RECOMMENDATION: It is respectfully recommended that the General Purpose and Administration Committee recommend to Council the following : 1 . That Report PD-187-84 be received; and 2. That the application submitted by Mr. & Mrs. W. Waggoner to rezone a parcel of land in Part of Lot 2.5, Concession 1, former Township of Clarke to permit the severance of the existing single family dwelling from the existing motel /restaurant, be referred to Staff for processing and a subsequent report and public hearing. i . ..2 4j REPORT NO. : PD-187-84 Page 2 BACKGROUND: On October 25, 1984, the Planning Department received an application submitted by Mr. & Mrs. William Waggoner to rezone a 1 .17 hectare parcel of land located in Part of Lot * 25, Concession 1, former Township of Clarke (see attached) . The purpose of the rezoning would be to permit the severance of a lot with the existing single family dwelling from the existing motel /restaurant. The application has been circulated to various agencies and * Town departments for their comments, and attached is a copy of the circulation letter and key plan for Council 's information. It is recommended that the application be received for information and referred back to staff for a subsequent report. At such time as the necessary circulation has been completed, staff shall schedule this application for a public meeting of the General Purpose and Administration Committee pursuant to the requirements of the Planning Act. i ,,Respectfully-submitted, T.T.
