It is respectfully recommended that the General Purpose and
Administration Committee recommend to Council the

1 . That Report PD-11 -84 be received for
information.

At such time as the servicing issue is resolved, the
proposed Plan of Subdivision for New Darlington Mills -
18T-81025 will be brought forward by Regional Planning Staff
to Committee and Council with respect to conditions of draft
approval .
