Staff have reviewed the request with the Town Solicitor, and would have no objection to approval of a By-law exempting the subject lands from Part Lot Control . i * In that regard, attached herewith is a by-law which requires approval of Council and the Regional Municipality of Durham which would exempt the subject lands from Section 49(v) of the Planning Act pursuant to Section 49(vii ) of said act. In order to facilitate resolution of title and to permit conveyance of a parcel separately, staff feel it would be appropriate for Council to approve this request. Respectful s itted, eel- F T.T.
