TSICHLAS AND S. PSORAS PART OF TOWN LOT 8, BLOCK 2, BOWMANVILLE RECOMMENDATION: It is respectfully recommended to Council the following : 1 . That Report PD-47-84 be received; and * 2. That the attached By-law to amend By-law 1587, as amended, be approved. t REPORT NO. : PD-47-84 Page 2 BACKGROUND: The General Purpose and Administration Committee, at their meeting of October 2.5, 1982 endorsed the following resolution: "1 . That Report PO-179-82 be received; and 2. That the By-law attached to this Report be forwarded to Council for approval at such time as the applicants have entered into a Site Plan Agreement." Council , subsequent thereto, at their meeting on November 1 , 1982 approved the recommendation in Report PD-179-82 and directed that the By-law attached thereto be forwarded to Council for approval at such time as the applicants have entered into a Site Plan Agreement. The Site Plan Agreement as noted above, has recently been submitted to staff by the applicants for execution and registration. It is noted for Council 's information that the by-law as attached to PD-179-82, has been amended to include appropriate parking standards for the provisions of off-street parking pertaining to the proposed use. Furthermore, staff would note, the application as submitted for rezoning was received by staff prior to August 1 , 1983, and accordingly could be circulated under Section 39(11 ) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1980, requiring a twenty-one (21 ) day circulation/appeal period.
