SUBJECT: EXTENSION OF DRAFT PLAN APPROVAL - 18T-75526
PART LOT 8, CONCESSION 1 , FORMER TOWN OF
BOWMANVILLE, NOW TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
SCHICKEDANZ DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED
RECOMMENDATION:
It is respectfully recommended that the General Purpose and
Administration Committee recommend to Council the
following :
1 . That Report PD-81-84 be received; and
2. That Council adopt the following resolution :
"The Council of t"e Torn of Newcastle
hereby requests the Minister of Municipal
Affairs and Housing to extend the draft
plan approval for Subdivision 18T-75526
for a further one year period to June
11 ,1985" ; and
3. That the request in 2 above, be forward to the
Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing, and
that Schickedanz Developments Limited be so
advised,
