RECOMMENDATION:
It is respectfully recommended that the General Purpose and
Administration Committee recommend to Council the
following :
1 , That Report PD-85-84 be received; and
2. That the application submitted by K. & A.
Madgwick to rezone a 5.30 hectare parcel of
land in Part of Lot 32, Concession 2, former
Township of Darlington, to permit an fifty-one
(51 ) lot residential Plan of Subdivision , be
referred to staff for processing and a
subsequent report and public hearing.
