Minutes of a Special Meeting of Council held on
the above date at 7:00 p.m. in tho Town Hall.

Tlucr Reeve Robert Dykstra is hereby appointed to
preside at the Special Meeting of Council dated
October 20th, 1970.

THAT the $100,000 grant to the Northumberland & Durham
Board of Education which was authorized by By-Law No.
70-23, read a first and second time by the Council of
the TO>ffi of Eo>~anville on the 6th day of July, 1970,
is to be an outright grant to the said Board of
Education, which will have complete ownership and
control of the auditorium.
