SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
March 29, 1966.
Minutes of a Special Meeting of Council for the purpose of
adopting the estimates for 1966 was held in the Council Chambers
on the above date with His Worship Mayor Ivan M. Hobbs in the
Chair.

THAT leave be granted to introduce By-law No. 1966, being a
by-law to establish and maintain a system of collection,removal
and disposal of ashes, garbage and other refuse and that said
By-law be now read a first time.
