A deputation of Paul Laprade, Earl Ross and Herbert Perfect
appeared before Council to request that consideration be given
to amending the Mutual Life Group Annuity Plan to provide for
a cash withdrawal equal to the sum of the emPlloyee contri-
butions under the plan.
