Delegation re Beech Avenue Resolutions rescinded "CARRIEDrt A delegation of 13 members of the Bowmanville Lions Club \\fere present at the neeting to oppose strongly the action of Council declaring Beech Avenue a one-way street with no parkin~ on either side. Their spokesman pointed out that they were not so much concerned over parking for their own members as much as they were concerned for parking facilities for persons of other groups using the Lions' Centre. The Mayor reviewed Council's previous action in regard to Beech Avenue and additional comments were heard from the Delegation. Resolution #C-525 Moved by Con. Prout, Seconded by Con. Oke.
