Scugog St.
"CARRIED"
Mrs. V. Frank, of Scugog Street, rose to speak to Council
requesting that culverts be placed in the present open ditch
on the east side of Scugog Street, north from O'Dell Street.
IJ!rs. Frank complained that the "ditch is a menace". She went
on to describe what happened when the sanitary sewer backed
up recently and while compensation was promised, this did not
in anyway alleviate the smell and all the trouble a person is
put to in a case like that. Mrs. Frank stated that Mr. Van-
Bridger had advised her that the Town should put HI a storm
sewer on the east side of Scugog. Council advised Mrs. Frank
to attend the next meeting of the Public Utilities Commission.
