Council under what terms of reference was the appointment of
consultants to carry out a study of the waterworks and
sewerage systems operations. The Special Committee on Public
Utilities minutes of a meeting held July 31, 1967 were read
out.

placing the management of the sewerage system under the Public
Utilities Commission and that the said by-law be now read a
first time.
