Moved by Con. Nichols, se,conded by Con. Coombes.
THAT leave be granted to introduce By-law No. 6$-$, being
a by-law to provide for exemption of farm lands from
taxation for certain ex~enditures and that the by-law be
now read a first time.

THAT the second reading of By-law No. 6$-$, be approved.

THAT the third and final reading of by-law No. 6$-$, be

Resolution #C-125
Moved by Deputy Reeve Rundle, seconded by Con. Coombes.
THAT Council concur in the request of the Ontario Housing
Corporation and that they be advised of the Committee of
Adjustment procedure as recommended by the Board of Works
Committee.

Councillor Dykstra, Chairman of the Wage Negotiation
Committee presented a report on negotiations with
C.U.P.E., Local 74.
