Pre sent: Ivan M. Hobbs Mrs. A. Oke E. Rundle R. Dykstra G. Fry L. Coombes M. Prout K. Shackelton Mayor Reeve Deputy Reeve Councillors Absent : Councillor R. Nichols Resolution #C-195 Moved by Con. Coombes, seconded by Con. Fry. THAT leave be granted to introduce By-law No. 68-10, being a by-law to acquire certain lands for the establishment of industry in the Town of Bowmanville and that this by-law be now read a first time. "CARRIED" Resolution #C-196 Moved by Con. Dykstra, seconded by Deputy Reeve Rundle. THAT the second reading of By-law No. 68-10 be approved. "CARRIED" Resolution #C-197 Moved by Reeve Oke, se~nded by Con. Shackelton, THAT the third and ~inal reading of By-law No. 68-10 be approved. "CARRIED" Resolution #C-198 Moved by Con. Prout, seconded by Deputy Reeve Rundle. THAT leave be granted to introduce By-law No. 68-11, being a by-law for acquiring lands and premises known as 130 Church Street, Bowmanville, for the purposes of the Corporation and that the by-law be now read a first time.
