date in the Town Hall at 10:15 p.m.
Present: Mayor Ivan M. Hobbs

L. Coombes
K. Shackelton
Absent:
Councillor Maurice Prout.
The purpose of the meeting was to consider the position to
be taken with respect to the annexation application, parti-
cularly the St. Mary's Cement Company lands due to the reported
strong opposition by the Company.

THAT the annexation application be withdrawn in its
entirety.
