as animal control officer.

Smiths' Beverages Limited in the all',ount of $30,000
to purchase the property known as l24 Church Street
be accepted and that the cost to demolish the build-
ing be the sum of $1,740.00 as detailed in a quotation
submitted by Vance Wrecking Company dated November
25, 1968.

The advantages in economy and convenience to the
taxpayer were considered through the introduction
of interim tax billing.
