the above date at 8:00 p.m. for the purpose of passing the
1968 Road Estimates By-law.

THAT leave be granted to introduce By-law No. 68-9, being a
by-law to provide for the 1968 expenditures on Roads and
Streets and that the said By-law be now read a first time.
