TliAT the Department of Highways be petitioned for
subsidy on road expenditures under the provisions
of The Highway Improvement Act made during the year
1968.

TllAT the Consulting Engineers be authorized to have
soil tests, T.V. sewer inspection and surveying done
in connection with the proposed road programme.
