Community Services Committee held on

Roll Call Present were: Councillor Maurice Prout, Chairman

Councillor R. Bruce Taylor, Member

Deputy Director of Community Service, J. Caruana
Resolution #CS-136-81
Moved by Councillor Taylor, seconded by Councillor Hubbard
Proposed qMT the recommendation in the report of the Director of
Fees for Community Services relative to Proposed Fees for Fall and
1981-82 Winter 1981-82 and Proposed Fees for the Newcastle Fitness
Centre and the Multi-Purpose Room be endorsed.

Moved by Councillor Hamre, seconded by Mayor Rickard
User THAT the Report of the Community Services Director, dated
Pay August 17, 1981, relative to User-Pay Policy be received
Policy for information and referred for further review by
administration and a report to be considered prior to
budget discussions on a municipal-wide policy.

The Chairman stated that he would be calling a Special
Meeting on Friday, August 28 1981 at 9 a.m. in Court
Room #2 to deal with the matter of the Radio Frequency
for the Fire Department.

THAT the meeting adjourn at 9:05 a.m.

The following is a recommendation to Council from the Special meeting
of the Community Services Committee held on August 21 1981:
Proposed Fees for 1981-82
It was recommended to Council that the recommendation in the report of the
Director of Community Services relative to Proposed Fees for Fall and Winter
1981-82 and Proposed Fees for the Newcastle Fitness Centre and the Multi-
Purpose room be endorsed. (attached)
