Street and Dr. V. H. Storey at 64 Temperance Street
be exempted from any charge for the proposed sanitary
sewer including house service connection on Temperance
Street in connection withfue works being undertaken
under the Local Improvement Act for which the Town is
seeking the approval of The Ontario Municipal Board,
and any charges which would have been made ,otherwise
be included in tI-e Corporation's share of the said work.

THAT notwithstanding anything in any other resolution
of this Corporation, The Toronto-Dominion Bank and The
Bank of Montreal be and are hereby authorized and
directed to pay all instruments purporting to be
cheques of the Corporation drawn upon said banks and
to bear a facsimile of the signatures of the Mayor and
Treasurer of this Corporation, and further that all
such cheques and instruments may be dealt with by the
Banks to all intents and purposes and shall bind this
Corporation as if duly issued for and on behalf of ttis
Corporation.

THAT a committee of three be appointed to make the
necessary arrangements for presentations to the
Works Superintendent, Mr. T. K. Stewart, and caretakers
Mr. Stan Green and Mr. Percy Porter on the occasion
of their retirement, and that the said committee be
given authority to act.

and Con. McKnight.
