report for 1973 be adopted and that the supplementary allocation of
subsidy monies for 1973 in the amount of $ 49600.00 be applied for.
73-LC-4 Loved by Councillors Baker and Wearn that the Oshawa Public
Utilities Commission letter of April 11, 1973, be replied tog to the
satisfaction T the road superintendent.
Moved by Councillor Dallas and Deputy-Reeve Tire: that the
Acting Clerk be authorized to instruct Strike a Stri_ie to appeal the
Fra i. by-law ciiar__e and to have the firm of Weir and Foulds handle
the appeal on behalf of the Township as outlined in their letter of
April 1.7) 1973.
