Darlington Township Council met in the Council Chamber on this
date, all Pembers present, Reeve Rickard presiding.
73-53-1 Moved by Councillors Wearuand Dallas that the minutes of the
meeting dated May 1, 1973, are approved as prepared.
73-58-2 Moved by Councillor Baker and Deputy Reeve Tink that accounts
for the month of April, 1973, as listed herewith, be paid:

73-5B-3 Moved by Councillors Wearn and Baker that Tenders for sale of
land be received and opened at this time.
73-53-4 Moved by Councillors Baker and Wearn that Tenders for
purchase of lands submitted to this meeting are accepted as follows:
'T Lot 4, Con. 8 Rosemarie Connor 9126.00
Pt.Lot 4, Con. 7. Van Andel x Dielmans 9300.00
Pt. Lot 22 , Con. 3 Marrill MacDonald 12101.00
Pt. Lot 29 , Con. 1 Renroc Construction 1100.00
Pt. Lot 35. Con. 2 22 x3994 Investments Ltd 11250.00
and that the necessary 3y-laws to authorize the conveyance of these
lands according to the above decision, be prepared for Council's next
meeting.
73-53-5 Moved by Councillors Balser and Wearn that the I'load Superintendent
is authorized to engage a land appraiser in the matter of acquisition
of land for road widening , subject to the approval of Council.
73-5B-6 Moved by Deputy Reeve Tink and Councillor Dallas that the Clerk

is directed to have an agreement prepared to authorize Allgreen Sod Co. ,
to use the former disposal property in Lot 20, Concession 3, as access
to the Company ' s adjacent lands, the Company to protect the Township from

all liability, and to fiz-rni-sh grade and seed the property to the
satisfaction of Council.
73-53-7 Moved by Councillor Dallas and Deputy Reeve Tink that the Clerk
be instructed to advertise the house trailer owned by the Township, for sale,
in the appropriate papers.
73-53-8 Moved by Councillors Baker and Dallas that this meeting adjourn
to meet Tuesday, May«22, at 7 P.1-:.
