Darlington Township Council met in the Municipal Building on this date,
all Members present, Reeve Rickard presiding.
73-6-1 Moved by Councillors Baker and Wearn that the minutes of the
meeting held May 22 , 1973, be approved as prepared.
73-6-2 Moved by Councillors Baker and Dallas t .at road accounts presented to
this meeting as Voucher No. 10, be paid.
73-6-3 Moved by Deputy Reeve Tink and Councillor 'learn that this Council
will consider closing those parts of the allowance for road between Lots
26 and 27 in the Fifth Concession that are at present owned by the
Township , on the condition that abutting owners assume all costs involved
in th= matter.
73-6-4 Moved by Councillor Baker and Deputy Reeve Tink that Mr. Isaac
Hardy be informed of the Township ' s policy regarding private access from
Township roan allowances.
73-6-5 Moved by Councillors Baker and Dallas that Tenders for
construction of Stoch culvert be received and opened at this time.
73-6-6 Moved by Councillor Wearn and Deputy Reeve Tink that Tenders for
purchase of a Travel Trailer be retEtved and opened at this time.
73-6-7 Moved by Deputy reeve Tink and Councillor Wearn that the Tender for
a 'Travel Trailer submitted by Roy Graham at x450.00 is accepted.
73-6-8 Moved by Councillors 3aker and udearn that the Tender for
construction of Stoch culvert submitted by H.13.3rohm Construction Ltd. ,
is accepted at unit prices As tendered, subject to the approval of the
Ministry of Transport&tion and Com u__ications.
73-6-9 Moved by Councillor Dallas and Deputy Reeve Tink that the amount
of X2;,000.00 be transferred from Drew Culvert, Job 40. 73-22 project
to Stoch Culvert Project No. 73-17.
73-6-10 Moved by Councillors Wearn and Baker that questionnaires re
Irvine and Za'budsky subdivision proposals be completed and returned to
ti'--- Ministry.
73-6-11 Moved by Councillors Baker and Wea{tn that this meeting adjourn.
