Darlington Township Council met in the Municipal Building on this
date, Deputy Reeve Tink presiding, Councillors Baker, Dallas and Wearn
present.
73-7-1 Moved by Councillors Baker and Dallas that thou minutes of the
meetings held June 19, 20 and 25, 1973, be adopted as presented.
73-7-2 Moved by Councillors Baker and Dallas that the. Reeve and Treasurer
are authorized to issue cheques in payment of road accounts as presented
as Voucher Iio. 12, in the amount of Q'1 ,839.65.
73-7-3 Moved by Councillors Dallas and Wearn that a Resolution forwarded
by the City of Thunder Bay referring to accommodation klor Youth Travellers
is endorsed by this Council.
73-7-4 Moved by Councillors Dallas and a:earn that the Preservation
Sanctuary Camp Club is requested to prepare a site plan, indicating in
detail the location of all buildings , and the areas designated for
sanitation, water supply, parking areas etc. , and that upon su�.mission

of a site plan suitable to the Council consideration will be given to
an amendment to ti--e Zoning 3y-law to accommodate the proposed use.
73-7-5 Moved by Councillors Wearn and Baker that the .Solicitor for
'Robert Hockney he notified that an amendment to the Zoning 3y-law to
permit the use proposed by his Client will be considered upon
submission of a site plan satisfactory to this Councih.

73-7-6 Moved by Councillors Baker and Wearn that Totten, Sims , Hubicki
Associates Ltd. , be engaged to conduct a "Study on Storm Drainage" in the
Village of Hampton, as per correspondence dated June 18 , 1973.
At this point Reeve Rickard assumed the Chair.
73-7-7 Moved by Councillors Baker and '~:earn that the Road Superintendent
is instructed to prepare specifications and call for Venders for the
supply of a new motor grader.
73-7-8 Moved by Councillors Baker and Dallas that this meeting adjourn.
