Darlington Township Council met in Special Session on this date ,
to deal with unfinished business , pursuant to adjournment of the
meeting held July 17, 1973, all Members present, Reeve Rickard
presiding.
73-7B-8 Moved by Councillors Baker and Wearn that the Reeve or his
Appointee attend a meeting with St. Mary ' s Cement Company.
73-73-9 Moved by Councillors Dallas and 64earn that this Council agrees to
a rescue equipment expenditure by the Fire Lepartment as part of the
shared expenditure under the Fire Protection Agreement, as outlined
in a letter dated July 9, 1973.
73-73-10 On motion a 3y-law to permit and regulate signs ofJ road allowances
was given its First Reading.
73-73-11 Moved by Deputy Reeve Tink and Councillor Wearn that rule 33
be suspended for the duration of this meeting.
73-73-12 & 13 On motion a 3y-law to permit and regulate signs of road allowances
was given its Second and Third Readings and signed, sealed and
numbered 2515.
73-73-14,15 & 16 On motions as filed a By-law to amend By-law 2111 was given its
several readings , signed, sealed and numbered 2516.
73-73-17 Moved by Deputy Reeve Ti.-.,k and Councillor Wearn that Hamelinck and A
Allen are to be informed that Council agrees with the Building
Inspector' s interpretation of the Zoning 3y-law.
73-73-18 Moved by Councillors Dallas and Wearn that this meeting adjourn.
