Darlington Township Council met in the Municipal Building on this
date, Deputy Reeve Tink presiding, Councillors Baker, Dallas and Wearn
present.
73-8B-1 Moved by Councillors Dallas and Baker that the minutes of the
meetings held august 7, and August 9, 1973, be adopted as prepared.
73-8B-2 Moved by Councillors Baker and Dallas that Resolution # 73-8-12
be and is hereby rescinded.
73-88-3 Moved by Councillors Dallas and Baker
Whereas the Council of the Township of Darlington deems it
expedient to apply for a loan under the Winter Capital Projects Fund
as described in the !"Iemorandum of the Treasurer of Ontario dated
March 1,1973 , in respect of the following project, namely
TYRONE COMMUNITY UENTRE
hereinafter referred to as "the project"
And whereas the project is , in the opinion of the Council, a
Municipal project within the meaning of the above-mentioned
Memorandum;
And whereas the project would be additional to what was
contemplated or planned previously by the Council through to May 31 , 1975;
And whereas the other requirements of the above-mentioned
Memorandum have been complied with;
Now therefore be it resolved that application be made to the
Treasurer of Ontario for a loan in the amount of $20,000.00 to assist
in the financing of the project under the Winter Capital Projects
Fund.

73-8B-5 Moved by Councillors Baker and Dallas that Tenders for supply of
a Motor Grader be received and opened.
73-83-6 Moved by Councillors Dallas and -taker that Rule 33 be suspended
for the duration of this meeting.

several readings , signed, sealed and numbered 2518.

73-83-13 Moved by Councillors Dallas and Niea.rn that the tenders for supply
of a Motor Grader be referred to the :3oads Committee for reconmendation.
73-8B-14 Moved by Councillors Baker and iyearn that action on a request for
improvement to the unimproved part of Perry avenue be deferred until a
drainage report on that area has been completed
