Darlington Township Council met in the Co -ncil Chamber on this
date, all Members present , Reeve Rickard presiding.
73-9C-1 Moved by Councillor Baker and Deputy Reeve Tink that the minutes
of the meetings held September 4 and September 11, 1973, are adopted as
presented.
73-9C-2 Moved by Councillors Dallas and Uaker that accounts for the month
of August 1973, as listed herewith, be paid :

73-9C-3 Moved by Councillor Baker and Deputy Reeve Tink that the part of the
allowance for road between lots 34 and 35, that lies south of Farewell
Creek Valley, be closed and conveyed to W$.Penfound, on condition
that Mr. Penfound pay all legal and advertising costs.
72-9C-4 Moved by Councillors Dallas & gedrn that the Clerk is instructed
to prepare a 3y-law to rezone to R2, the lands contained in a proposed
plan of subdivision submitted by Wm. Ashton, part of Lot 25, Concession 6.
The vote on the Resolution is recorded as follows :
For the Motion --- Dallas, Wearn.
Opposed --- Rickard, Tink, Baker.
The Motion was declared lost.
73-9C-4 Moved by Councillor Baker and Deputy Reeve Tink that the Clerk
is instructed to prepare a By-law to re-zone to Rl, the lands contained
in a proposed plan of subdivision submitted by Wm. Ashton, part of Lot
25, Concession 6.
73-9C-5 Moved by Deputy Reeve Tink and Councillor Wearn that Rule 33
be suspended for the duration of this meeting.
73-9C-6 Moved by Councillors Dallas an;: Baker that this meeting adjourn.
