]Darlington Township Council met in the Municipal Building
on this date , Reeve Rickard presiding, Deputy Reeve Tink, and
Councillors Baker and Dallas present.
The meeting was called to discuss plans for the proposed
Darlington Sports Oentre , with the Township ' s Architect for the project ,
Mr. Jackson, of Jackson Ypes and Associates.
73-10C-1 Moved by Deputy Reeve Tink and Councillor Dallas that
the plans for Darlington Sports "entre dated October 23, 19731
submitted by Mr. Jackson to this meeting are approved , subject to
the changes sug.ested , as follows :
1. Passage from change room area to the spectator section.
2. Serving kitchen to provide refreshments to the cafeteria.
73-10C-2 Moved by Councillors Baker and Dallas that a site plan
of the proposed Darlington Sports "entre be forwarded to the United
Counties for approval of entrances.
73-10C-3 Moved by Councillor Baker and Deputy -reeve Tink that the
Township ' s Solicitor is instructed to prepare an undertaking to
provide that the owner of the Irvine sub-division shall provide a
conveyance of a road widening block to the 'Township , and comply
with all conditions set out in the Minister ' s letter referring to
dra" . approval of the proposal.

this meeting adjourn.
