Darlington Township Council met in the Municipal Building o-_ this
date, all Members present, except Councillor Wearn, Reeve Rickard presiding.
73-12-1 Moved by Councillor Bake- and Deputy Reeve Tink that the minutes
of the meeting held November 20, 1973, be adopted as presented.
73-12-2 Moved by Councillors Dallas and Baler that Roar; Accounts presented to
this meeting as Voucher !%o. 23, be ap;.roved for payment.
73-12-3 Moved by Councillors Baker and Dallas that a request for Township
approval of a water lot submitted by Ontario Hydro in a letter dated November
22, 1973, be referred to Legal and Tannin; Departments.
73-12-4 Moved by Deputy kleeve Tink and Councillor Dallas that Totten, Sims,
Hubicki and Associates are directed to request Bea.ve Lumber to prepare and
submit final plans for the proposed Tyrone 3uilding, and to be prepared to
make a recommendation to Council as to approval of proposal.
73-12-5 Moved by Councillor Baker and Deputy peeve Tink that it is
ce_,tified that By-law 2521 does conform to the Official Plan for Darlington
Planning Area.
73-12-6 Moved by Councillor Baker and Deputy Reeve link that Mr. B. Ball
be notified that this Council on the recommendation from the Road Department
that an entrance permit be denied.
73-12-7 Moved by Councillors Dallas and °alter that the Council. meeting
to be held on December 18, 1973, be commenced at 1.P..d. and that the final
meeting for this Township be held on December 27, 1973, at 1.30 P. '.
73-12-8 Moved by Councillors L'aker and Dallas that this meeting adjourn.
