COUNCIL MINUTES
A Special meeting of Bowmanville Town Council convened at
4: 10 p. m. on j'.10nday, June 21, 1965 at the Council Chambers,
Town H,qll with His Vlorship ~ilayor Ivan Iil. Hobbs in the Chair.
All members present except Reeve Little, Deputy Reeve Stevens,
Con. Fice and Con. Rundle.
I BY-LAWS:
Moved by Con. Hooper, seconded by Con. Hughes.
THAT leave be granted to introduce a By-law to authorize the
construction of a Works Department Building and to provide for
the borrowing of $ upon debentures therefore.
"CARRIED"
Moved by Con. Hooper, seconded by Con. Prout.
THAT the By-law be read a First time, referred to Council in
Committee of the Vlhole and read a Second time, Mayor in the
Chair.
"CARRIED"
Moved by Con. Hooper, seconded by Con. Hughes.
THAT we rise and report successful second reading of the By-law
in Committee of the ,[hole.
"CARRIED"
Moved by Con. Hughes, seconded by Con. Hooper.
THAT the report of Council in Committee of the Whole on the
By-law be received and adopted, the same be now read a Third
time, engrossed, signed by the Mayor and Clerk, sealed and
numbered as follows:
A By-law to authorize the construction of a Works Department
Building and to provide for the borrowing of $ upon
debentures therefore.

II CAPITAL BUDGET:
Moved by Con. Hooper, seconded by Con. Chant.
THAT we approve of the prepared Capital Forecast presented on
this date.
