BY-LAW NUMBER 2001-221
being a by-law to authorize a Purchase Agreement between the Corporation of
the Municipality of Clarington and Gineal Holdings Limited in respect to the
purchase of 917 Green Road, Bowmanville, Part Lot 16, Broken Front
Concession, former Township of Darlington, Parts 1 to 7, 9, 10, 14, 15 and 16,
Plan 10R-234
THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of the
Municipality of Clarington, with the corporate seal, a Purchase Agreement
between Gineal Holdings Limited and the Municipality;
2. THAT the map attached hereto shall form part of the By-law.
BY-LAW read a first time this 10th day of December 2001
BY-LAW read a second time this 10th day of December 2001
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 10th day of December 2001
