BY-LAW NUMBER 2001-220
being a by-law to authorize a Lease Agreement between the Corporation of the
Municipality of Clarington and Bragg Custom Farming Ltd. in respect to the
farming of 917 Green Road, Bowmanville, Part Lot 16, Broken Front Concession,
former Township of Darlington, Parts 1 to 7, 9, 10, 14, 15 and 16, Plan 1 OR-234
THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of the
Municipality of Clarington, with the corporate seal, a Lease Agreement between
Bragg Custom Farming Ltd. and the Municipality;
2. THAT the map attached hereto shall form part of the By-law.
BY-LAW read a first time this 10th day of December 2001
BY-LAW read a second time this 10th day of December 2001
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 10th day of December 2001
