BY-LAW NO.2001- 219
WHEREAS Council has approved the appointment of Anthony S. Cannella as Director of
Engineering Services for a probationary period of six months,
NOW THEREFORE the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington enacts as
follows:
1. THAT section 1 of By-law No. 2001-125 be amended by deleting the name of Stephen
Vokes as Director of Engineering Services and replacing the reference to Mr. Vokes with
Anthony S. Cannella who is hereby appointed Director of Engineering Services for a
probationary period of six months from November 26, 2001.
By-law read a first and second time this 10th day of December, 2001.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 10`"day of December, 2001.
