BY-LAW 2001-218
being a by-law to authorize an extension
agreement between the Corporation of the
Municipality of Clarington and Canadian
Waste Systems Inc. for the collection and
haulage of garbage
THE CORPORATIONOF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Mayor and Municipal Clerk are hereby authorized to executive
on behalf of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington with the
Corporate Seal, an extension agreement between Canadian Waste
Systems Inc. and said Corporation.
By-law read a first and second time this 10th day of December, 2001.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 10th day of December, 2001.
