HomeMy WebLinkAbout2001-190 THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON BY-LAW 2001-190 Being a by-law to stop up and close as public Highway Parts 1, 2 and 3, and approve conveyance of Parts 1, 2 3 and 4 on Reference Plan 40R-20791, and to repeal By-law 2001-183 WHEREAS Council at its meeting of October 15, 2001, approved the recommendations in Report EGD-13-01 to stop up and close Parts 1, 2 and 3 on Plan 40R-20791 and authorize conveyance of Parts 1, 2, 3 and 4 on Plan 40R-20791; NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington hereby enacts as follows: 1. THAT Parts 1, 2 and 3, Plan 40R-20791 be hereby stopped up and closed as a public highway. 2. THAT Parts 1, 2 and 3, Plan 40R-20791 be conveyed to Richard James Rutherford, David Alexander Rutherford and Joan B. Patterson. 3. THAT Part 4, Plan 40R-20791 be conveyed to the Regional Municipality of Durham. By-law read a first and second time this 29th day of October 2001.
