THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 2001- 183
Being a By-law to stop up and close as public highway Parts 1,2 and 3,and
approve conveyance of Parts 1,2,3 and 4 on Reference Plan 40R-XXXXX
WHEREAS Council at its meeting of October 15, 2001 approved the recommendations in Report EGI}13-
01 to stop up and close Parts 1,2 and 3 on Plan 40R XXXX and authorize conveyance of Parts 1,2, 3 and 4
on Plan 40R-XXYX;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington hereby enacts as
follows:
1. THAT Parts 1,2 and 3,Plan 40R-XXXXX be hereby stopped up and closed as a public highway.
2. THAT Parts 1, 2 and 3, Plan 40R-XXXX be conveyed to Richard James Rutherford, David
Alexander Rutherford and Joan B.Patterson.
3. THAT Part 4,Plan 40R-)O=be conveyed to the Regional Municipality of Durham.
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 15t1day of October 2001.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 15th day of October 2001.
