BY-LAW 2001- 181
Being a By-law to declare Parts 1, 2, 3 and 4 on Reference Plan 40R
XXXXX surplus.
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington at its meeting of October 15, 2001 approved the
recommendations in Report EGD-13-01 respecting the declaration of lands more particularly described as
Parts 1,2,3 and 4 on Reference Plan 40R-,'00=,as being surplus;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington hereby enacts as
follows:
1. THAT the lands more particularly described as Parts 1, 2, 3 and 4 on Reference Plan 40R-
XXXXX are hereby declared surplus.
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 15"'day of October 2001.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 15v'day of October 2001.
