BY-LAW 2001-151
Being a By-law to authorize the acceptance of a transfer of Parts 4 and 12,
Reference Plan 40R-20620,being certain lands required for road widening
at Mill Street in Newcastle and to repeal By-law 2001-057
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington at its meeting of April 2, 2001 approved the
recommendations in Report WD-08-01 respecting the transfer of lands for road widening,more particularly
described as Parts 4 and 12 on Plan 40R-20620;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington hereby enacts as
follows:
1. THAT the Municipality of Clarington is authorized to accept the transfer of the lands more
particularly described as Parts 4 and 12 on Plan 40R-20620.
2. THAT By-law 2001-057 be repealed.
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 10th day of September 2001.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 10th day of September 2001.
