BY-LAW 2001-150
Being a By-law to authorize the conveyance of Parts 5, 6 and 7 on Plan
40R-20620 to Dean Avery,in Trust and to repeal By-law 2001-056
WHEREAS Council at its meeting of April 2,2001 passed By-law 2001-054 and declared the portion of John
Street,more particularly described as Parts 5,6 and 7 on Plan 40R-20620 to be surplus;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington at its meeting of April 2,
2001 approved the recommendations in Report WD-08-01;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington hereby enacts as
follows:
1. THAT the sale and transfer to Dean Avery, in Trust, of Parts 5, 6 and 7 on Plan 40R-20620 is
approved.
2. THAT the Mayor and Clerk are authorized on behalf of the Municipality to execute the transfer.
3. THAT By-law 2001-056 be repealed.
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 10th day of September 2001.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 10th day of September 2001.
