BY-LAW 2001-146
Being a By-law to stop up and close as public highway and approve
conveyance of Part 1 on Reference Plan 20511,Andrew Street.
WHEREAS Council at its meeting of June 25, 2001 approved the recommendations in Report WI}30-01 to
stop up and close a portion of Andrew Street being Part 1 on Plan 40R-20511 and declared Part 1,Plan 40R-
20511 as surplus;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington hereby enacts as
follows:
1. THAT Part 1, Plan 40R-20511 be hereby stopped up and closed as a public highway and
authorized to be conveyed.
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 10a'day of September 2001.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this l0`i'day of September 2001.
